This Isn’t a Dream Anymore

¡Saludos desde el desierto!

I’m in full retreat-prep mode. Over the past few months, I’ve found the perfect visual artist to capture the essence of this experience through photographic storytelling. I’ve been sourcing beautiful eco-luxury goods from local artisans for our ritual kits. Building relationships with local healing artists for collaboration. And now, our pre-retreat container is open, the retreat WE is forming, and the final details are falling into place. Everything is moving smoothly.

My time here in Mexico has been deeply fruitful—but more than that, it’s been clarifying.

With all of my international travel as a digital nomad, I’ve been intentional about building experiences rooted in relationship—with the people, the culture, and the land—rather than extracting from them. I’ve seen that colonialist model. I have no interest in replicating it. What’s being created inside Loto feels different.

Because I’ve been on the ground for months—listening, building relationships, moving at the pace of trust—this retreat has taken shape as something reciprocal. Something relational. And I can see that reflected clearly in who is gathering.

The 2026 RENEW Janzu Retreat is officially sold out! And the guest list is beautifully balanced—half women traveling in, half local women living in Mexico. That matters to me more than I can fully articulate.

It feels like a glimpse of what I’ve been carrying the vision for all along: a multi-cultural, multi-generational community of women devoted to the co-evolution of Consciousness—through relationship, through shared Wisdom sharing, through lived experience. Not just workshops and retreats, but a relational way of co-evolving together.

And something else has come into focus while I’ve been here. Where this is all heading. These retreats are not the point; they’re the doorway. I can feel the future taking shape—international co-living spaces, healing artist residencies, regenerative land stewardship, a rhythm of gathering and dispersing, over and over again. The House of Loto is no longer just my place of residence and a dream for more. This God-sized vision for the future is becoming… inevitable. Because I’m not forcing it.

I’m meeting the right people—with ease. The right opportunities—with timing I couldn’t have orchestrated. The right confirmations—again and again. This isn’t hustle (my old way of doing business). This is soul alignment that I can feel: Something real is happening. Something that is no longer waiting for permission.

And maybe this is the part that feels the most alive for me right now…Watching what’s happening in our WE, and not just through me.

Last week, 20 of you gathered for a sold-out Equinox sound meditation with Alice Smyth in Salida, Colorado—her first offering as an official 2026 Loto Healing Artist in Residence. The next day, I joined guests on a sailboat here in Vallarta for a day retreat led by Flor Pastor.

And it keeps unfolding.

There’s an upcoming full moon tea party with Flor in Bucerías. An altar-making workshop and prayer ceremony (pictures below) in San Pancho with Susy. And more spaces are being created back in Colorado; more women stepping forward, more beauty taking form. All of it… collaborative, relational, and exactly why I built Loto in the first place. Because this was never meant to be Jennifer-centered Wellness. That model was never the vision.

This has always been about creating space— a shared Well where women are resourced, empowered, and invited to bring their gifts forward. A space where Wisdom isn’t centralized or hierarchal. Where leadership is shared and what we’re building together is greater than any one of us could create alone.

As a businesswoman, I know: My work was never to be the center. My work is to build the container well enough that it no longer depends on me alone. To gather the right people, tend the relationships, and help design the experiences. And then—to step back, and let it breathe.

And that’s what is happening right now, and it feels like proof.

That this way of building my soul-aligned business works. That this way of being together is wanted. That something real has taken root, sprouted, and is now blooming. I can feel it in the collaborations. In the ease of the connections. In the way the right people keep finding their way in. This isn’t something I’m pushing forward anymore; it’s something I’m witnessing come alive.

This is what I’ve been praying for since 2018 when I started teaching yoga classes in the garage of my old church. It’s so exciting to watch this dream build strength and gain momentum after so many years of faithful baby steps. It’s happening, and this is truly just the start.

With Love, unconditionally—

Jennifer
