A private, one-on-one aquatic bodywork experience guided by a trained Janzu Mother.
You are held, floated, and gently moved through warm water—allowing the body to release tension and remember what safety feels like.

Janzu is a form of aquatic bodywork practiced in warm, body-temperature water. Using floatation support and slow, rhythmic movement, the practitioner guides your body into a state of deep rest—often more quickly than traditional talk-based or land-based modalities.

Many people experience:

Why Janzu Works

In the water, gravity loosens its grip. Your muscles don’t have to work so hard to hold you together. The body gets the message: you can stop bracing now.

Janzu can support:

Is Janzu Right for You?

Janzu may be supportive if you:

  • Your mind is tired of driving the bus

  • You’re ready to receive support instead of being the support

  • You want embodiment, not another talking-only modality

  • You’re drawn to water as ritual, threshold, and teacher

Janzu may not be appropriate if you have:

  • Unmanaged seizures, severe respiratory issues, or serious cardiac concerns

  • Recent surgery, significant vertigo, or medical instability

  • Active psychosis/mania, or anything that makes altered states unsafe
