There is healing work we have to do alone—and there is something different that becomes possible when we enter into healing in community.
AWAKEN is a small, invitation-only retreat for people already working with legally prescribed ketamine who want to deepen their experience beyond the clinical or at-home setting.
For one autumn weekend, we step away from ordinary life and into the forest, creating space around the medicine itself: time to prepare, experience, rest, reflect, integrate, and be in relationship with others doing their own courageous inner work.
Because healing is deeply personal. But it doesn't have to happen in isolation.
MEET THE THRESHOLD
October finds the forest in transition. Leaves fall. Temperatures shift. The land begins releasing one season and preparing for another. We will allow that threshold to become part of our practice.

Rather than having a medicine experience and immediately returning to everyday life, AWAKEN gives us an entire weekend to listen to what surfaces.
The medicine opens the experience. Nature, reflection, nourishment, ceremony, and community help us stay with it.
THE EXPERIENCE
Saturday's sacred medicine ceremony will include intramuscular (IM) ketamine administered by licensed nurses from Thrive Health Consultants, accompanied by a sound bath in the tabernacle ceremony tent (weather permitting).
But AWAKEN is about more than the hours spent in ceremony with the Mothers.
It is fasting together beforehand. Walking through the forest. Sharing hearts. Sitting in silence. Being witnessed without being fixed. Returning to the waterfall.
Having space to ask not only What did I experience? but: How might I live differently because of what I now know? This is where experience turns into lived integration.
THE WEEKEND
FRIDAY | ARRIVE
3:00–3:30 PM — Arrival at the House of Loto + settle in
4:00 PM — Opening Ceremony at the Prayer Waterfall
6:00 PM — Welcome Dinner & Fire Circle

Morning fasting + medicine preparation
IM Ketamine Ceremony + Sound Bath
Post-ceremony nourishment + rest
Nature-based reflection + integration circle

SUNDAY | INTEGRATE
8:00 AM Shared breakfast
10:00 AM Nature-based integration practices
Closing Ceremony at the Prayer Waterfall

YOUR RETREAT INCLUDES
Two nights at the House of Loto with a king-sized bed for two guests and a shared bathroom; all meals/NA drinks and post-ceremony snacks (please notify us of any dietary needs ASAP); prescribed IM ketamine medicine ceremony administered by Thrive Health Consultants’ nurses; sound bath; opening and closing waterfall ceremonies; nature-based integration practices; facilitated integration circles; and spacious time for solitude, reflection, journaling, rest, and connection.
AWAKEN is available by invitation only to guests who have completed their required medical evaluation and received their ketamine prescription through Thrive Health Consultants.

Your exchange is reciprocal—it supports both your experience and what extends beyond it.
Of every registration, $50 goes directly to Loto’s Land Stewardship Fund, helping us tend and regenerate the forest land that holds these gatherings, and $50 goes to the Lotus Fund, providing scholarships that make these healing experiences more accessible to others. You receive. You contribute. The circle continues.
The retreat continues beyond our time together.
AWAKEN includes a four-week virtual Integration Circle following the retreat. We’ll gather weekly online over Zoom to reflect on what is continuing to unfold, reconnect with the practices and intentions of our time together, and explore how what you experienced can take root in everyday life.
Like all Loto Circles, this is a space for relationship, reflection, and belonging—held by the community that shared the journey with you.
Your Integration Circle is included as part of the AWAKEN retreat experience.
