RENEW Janzu Retreat 2026 is a nurturing threshold—six days set apart in a jungle sanctuary near Puerto Vallarta to practice surrender and welcome rebirth. Not another task—an unburdening. With Janzu, somatic rhythms, and quiet prayer, we downregulate the nervous system, reorient the mind, and return to Oneness.
This isn’t a solo quest; it’s a circle. In a small cohort of women, we drink and pour—feeling known, seen, and loved by God, by one another, and by our own truthful Selves. We’re weaving a WE—and you’re a needed strand.

Through gentle teaching, guided reflection, and contemplative prayer, we practice metanoia as the soft undoing of separation—seeing with the mind of Christ Consciousness where all is held in God. Expect clarity where fog once lived, a quiet wisdom beneath worry, and a renewed capacity to receive grace as the very atmosphere you breathe.

Your body isn’t an obstacle—it’s the temple where awareness and Spirit are already one. Through breathwork, sound baths, Physio Divina (slow, prayerful movement), guided jungle Morning Altars foraging walks, and water-based healing like Janzu, we invite the nervous system to remember safety—softening from vigilance to belonging. As the body settles into this native ease, listening happens naturally and what is holy becomes unmistakably near.

A note on inclusivity:
While Loto Wellness Collective is rooted in the nondualistic Christian mystical tradition, we joyfully welcome women from all faith traditions and/or spiritual backgrounds who desire genuine connection, beauty, and inner renewal.
We do not have to share beliefs to feel at home here — only an openness to the sacred, to community, and to the possibility that rest itself is holy. We believe that the world is badly in need of more unity, not conformity. What unites us is not dogma, but the shared desire to rest, heal, and return to the Presence of God that lives within and around us all.

The truth is that it is so easy to be taken away by the constant flow of life, its expectations, daily responsibilities, personal and professional goals, relationships, and more. Before we know it, time goes by, years pass, and we forget to intentionally take a PAUSE to connect deeply with who we are or to listen and see what’s underneath all of the noise of our daily living. Our minds are constantly busy with the past, the future, and what we need to tend to at every moment in every aspect of our lives that it is easy to go by without being fully present in the here and now, or to make space to feel and express all that we may have going on within.
RENEW is our sacred invitation to an intimate gathering where we take a pause in life, put everything down, let go, relax, and rest to restore our mind, body, and spirit. We will go within to explore ourselves through movement as well as meditation in water and on land, through ritual, altar building and connection practices as well as through voice, and artistic exploration.
Surrounded by the natural beauty of the jungle, we will take time to be present with all of our senses, practicing mindfulness, stillness and prayer, disconnecting with the exterior world in order to be fully with ourselves and Creator.

If you’ve found your way here, something in you is ready—ready to soften, to be seen, to be held by a Love that doesn’t demand performance. I know that longing. I have lived it.
Years ago, I was burned out—overextended, over-responsible, spiritually hungry and bone tired. What began to save me was not one big solution but a thousand small obediences: slowing down, making art, soaking in nature, learning to engage with my body, and yielding to the Presence already within and all around. Little by little, I moved from exhaustion to flourishing. My work now is simply an invitation into the very practices that have remade me—rest and renewal as a way of life.
As an artist, I design immersive experiences that elevate Self care into an art form—not indulgence, but reverent attention. Beauty has its own medicine. Nature nourishes without hurry. Community reminds us we’re not alone. Healing is holy work, and it can be messy—sometimes honest, sometimes uncomfortable, often achingly real. Yet again and again I’ve watched: beauty heals, nature nourishes, and community helps us thrive.
RENEW is an invitation to retreat, yes—and also to share our journeys as a collective. We’ll make space for silence and laughter, questions and tears, prayer and play. We will practice surrender together and remember what we already carry: the indwelling Presence.
My role is not to fix or to lead from above—like water, I’m simply a mirror, so each of us can see more clearly who we really are: beloved, whole, and already held.
