Welcome HOMEGreetings from the wilderness!
You’ve said yes to the call to work with sacred medicines—and I don’t take that lightly. As one of your Mothers for this retreat experience, it’s my honor to help hold this container for your transformation.
This page marks the beginning of your sacred descent—into stillness, into embodiment, into deep communion with God, nature, and your truest Self. AWAKEN is more than a retreat—it’s a threshold into the Inner Temple. A place where the Spirit moves not in noise, but in nuance. Not in performance, but in Presence.
Here, we practice remembrance. We move slowly. We listen deeply. We make space for the Mystery. You’re not just welcome here. You belong here. Welcome to the House of Loto.
With Love, unconditionally—
Jennifer
Founder & Visionary, Loto Wellness Collective

Preparing the Inner Temple
AWAKEN is not something you simply attend.

You don’t have to wait until October to begin. This retreat is already unfolding within you. Here's how to begin your sacred preparation:
Begin your own stillness practice now
(daily walks, breathwork, or listening to one of Loto’s playlists)Journal or reflect on your intention:
What is stirring? What is seeking Loving Awareness in me?Clear the space in your life—emotionally, physically, spiritually
(Less doing. More being.)Tend to your dreams and sleep
(Your subconscious is already preparing.)
AWAKEN takes place on SACRED land at the base of Mt. Shavano near Salida, Colorado.Check-in begins at 3:00 PM on Friday, October 16 th
Departure by 1:00 PM on Sunday, October 18th

Sacred Medicines
At AWAKEN, sacred medicine is approached with reverence, intention, and spiritual integrity. Cannabis and ketamine are not recreational substances here—they are teachers, threshold-walkers, and tools for deep communion with God and Self.
Ketamine (Administered by prescription only)
Ketamine-assisted healing will be offered in partnership with Thrive Health Consultants in a safe, supported ceremonial container. To participate, you are required to have a medical consultation to receive your ketamine Rx.
Intentionally designed to increase neural plasticity, facilitate trauma release, and inspire spiritual clarity
Integration circles follow for communal reflection and grounding
4-WEEK INTEGRATION CIRCLE
The retreat continues beyond our time together.
AWAKEN includes a four-week virtual Integration Circle following the retreat. We’ll gather weekly online over Zoom to reflect on what is continuing to unfold, reconnect with the practices and intentions of our time together, and explore how what you experienced can take root in everyday life.
Like all Loto Circles, this is a space for relationship, reflection, and belonging—held by the community that shared the journey with you.
Your Integration Circle is included as part of the AWAKEN retreat experience.
