Loto Wellness Collective offers immersive sound baths as sacred invitations to still the mind, soften the body, and attune the soul to the divine frequency of peace.
Rooted in reverence and guided by Spirit, each sound bath is more than just an experience—it's a ceremony of resonance. Using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and layered frequencies, we create a vibrational sanctuary where your nervous system can recalibrate, your heart can rest, and your body can remember its own divine rhythm.
Whether held under open sky, inside a tabernacle tent, or through a guided virtual session, our sound baths are slow, intentional, and deeply restorative. Participants are invited to lie down, breathe deeply, and receive. No experience is necessary—only a willingness to be present.
Each session may include:
Crystal and alchemy singing bowls
Drums and chimes
Guided breathwork and somatic grounding
Silent integration time
