As the Visionary and Founder of Loto Wellness Collective, Jennifer’s life and work integrate contemplative Christian Mysticism, somatic healing, and artful design, guiding others into deeper rest, embodied wholeness, and spiritual flourishing.

Her personal journey from burnout to healing deeply informs her calling: supporting the evolution of human consciousness by creating healing spaces of beauty to invite others into rest and renewal. Jennifer is trained to facilitate yoga, breathwork, sound healing, psychedelic medicine, and Janzu water healing. She is also a certified Morning Altars facilitator.

As an autodidactic student of spiritual formation, Jennifer draws from contemplative traditions, modern neuroscience, and integrative mind-body-spirit practices as she curates sacred, trauma-aware experiences.

As a host of RENEW Retreat 2026, Jennifer brings her gifts of experiential design, spiritual direction, and embodied presence. She curates rhythms of rest, contemplative practices, somatic embodiment, and sacred silence so that participants can reconnect their awareness of the indwelling Spirit of God, their bodies, and their truest Selves. She walks alongside each attendee as a guide, companion, and steward of space—advocating for rest, vulnerability, and integration.

Jennifer is currently living as a digital nomad, traveling the globe hosting wellness retreats and researching cultural expressions of rest and Self-care as inspiration for her artistic endeavors.

She is also the Editor-in-Chief of Loto Living Magazine and an avid lover of art and design, believing the magic is most often found in the details.

Jennifer holds a BFA in Fashion Design and Merchandising from the Academy of Art in San Francisco, and began her entrepreneurial journey at 24 by founding an image consulting and styling business in San Francisco.

She carries a legacy of service—her family heritage includes multiple entrepreneurs—and over time has built multiple service-based businesses and lent leadership to nonprofit organizations, serving on boards and contributing her gifts to the world.

Our journey isn’t becoming more than we are, because we are already complete. Rather, our journey is to awaken to, or align with, who we already are. And as we do that, we find ourselves rushing to our Father’s table where His fruits are peace, love and power in limitless abundance.”—Ted Dekker
