Yoga and Meditation During Lent

As we enter the season of Lent, we’re reminded of the importance of taking time to reflect, repent, and renew my relationship with God. This year, I'm incorporating yoga and meditation into my Lenten practices to deepen my connection to the Holy Spirit.

Many can sometimes find it challenging to slow down and rest in God's presence. It's easy to get caught up in the busyness of life and forget to take care of myself. But practicing yoga and meditation has helped me create an intentional space for sacred rest and reflection.

As we listen to worship music and practice yoga poses, we’re able to invite Jesus into our practice to connect on a deeper level. We find that we’re more focused on Him and present throughout the day, and we’re better able to handle stress and anxiety.

We’re committed to setting aside as much time as we can for yoga and meditation this Lenten season. Whether it's a quick 10-minute meditation or a full yoga class, we know that taking care of our physical and spiritual health is essential for our overall well-being.

If you're looking for a way to deepen your spiritual connection to Jesus and take care of yourself during Lent, we encourage you to give yoga and meditation a try. It doesn't have to be complicated or time-consuming – even a few minutes of intentional rest can make a big difference.

How are you planning to focus on spiritual wellness and connection to Jesus during this Lenten season?
